Rooibos is a caffeine free herbal brew that has a smooth taste because it does not have tannin like tea made with the Camellia Sinensis plant. It's great iced or hot and with or without milk. Those that consume Rooibos have claimed that it has a soothing effect on headaches, disturbed sleeping patterns and digestive problems. Although it has no caffeine it does tend to stimulate the mind.
