The Role:
- Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store, and provide superior customer service throughout each customer's time in the space
- Work cash register and process payments
- Store and display maintenance and cleanliness (restocking, dusting, wiping down counters, general tidying for immaculate store presentation).
- Online order fulfillment
- Photo shoot prep
- Process new deliveries
- Document special shop moments/product for content
- Excellent customer service orientation - ability to connect, build rapport and engage with our customers.
- Passionate about The Post Supply product range and active interest in learning the brands, products, stories, and selling points.
- Effective problem solving and communication.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks with superior organizational skills and detail orientation.
The Details:
- Hours per week: 10-29
- Pay frequency: Every other week
- Work includes: Daytime, Evenings, Weekends, Some Holidays
- Paid Training: Yes
- Management: The Post Supply Founders
