The Post Supply Sales Associate Role

Start Date: ASAP

The Role:

Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store, and provide superior customer service throughout each customer's time in the space
Work cash register and process payments
Store and display maintenance and cleanliness (restocking, dusting, wiping down counters, general tidying for immaculate store presentation).
Online order fulfillment
Photo shoot prep
Process new deliveries
Document special shop moments/product for content

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent customer service orientation - ability to connect, build rapport and engage with our customers.
Passionate about The Post Supply product range and active interest in learning the brands, products, stories, and selling points.
Effective problem solving and communication.
Ability to execute multiple tasks with superior organizational skills and detail orientation.

The Details:

Hours per week: 10-29
Pay frequency: Every other week
Work includes: Daytime, Evenings, Weekends, Some Holidays
Paid Training: Yes
Management: The Post Supply Founders
