Job Type: Part Time 

Start Date: ASAP/April

The Role:

  • Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store, and provide superior customer service throughout each customer's time in the space
  • Work cash register and process payments
  • Store and display maintenance and cleanliness (restocking, dusting, wiping down counters, general tidying for immaculate store presentation).
  • Online order fulfillment
  • Photo shoot prep
  • Process new deliveries
  • Document special shop moments/product for content
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Excellent customer service orientation - ability to connect, build rapport and engage with our customers.
    • Passionate about The Post Supply product range and active interest in learning the brands, products, stories, and selling points.
    • Effective problem solving and communication.
    • Ability to execute multiple tasks with superior organizational skills and detail orientation.

    The Details:

    • Hours per week: 10-30
    • Pay frequency: Every other week
    • Work includes: Daytime, Evenings, Weekends, Some Holidays
    • Paid Training: Yes
    • Management: Owner & Shop Manager
