As we approach our 5th year of The Post Supply, we took this opportunity to deep dive into our brand, values, goals, and dreams for this business and for each other as business partners. What a gift to have a night away to discuss our goals, reflect on past years, work side-by-side on a brand evolution, and show our gratitude for our team over a beautiful dinner at Benny's.
We want to give you, our customers, a peek behind the curtain of what we kicked off at The Longfellow and have been working on in the ensuing weeks.
Firstly, what do we mean when we mentioned a brand evolution? We have partnered with a local design team on a logo update which we think encapsulates the energy of our shop as we have grown over the past 5 years. Hand in hand with the updated logo, will be new store signage, an updated packaging suite, and tweaks to our website experience.
We are focusing as well on our packaging - ensuring we are working with the best partners to bring you a stunning, eco-friendly packaging experience that is a piece of art in and of itself.
We also spent time deeply analyzing team development, identifying needs in our workflow, pain points in our systems, and looking to our team for their unique skill sets.
We are working tirelessly to ensure we create a professional environment that is fun, inspiring, and a place where our team can truly grow their career.
The through line to all of this is our business's value system. We are building a business with integrity, respect for people, consideration for how things are made, and care for how we can continue to be a platform for makers and brands we love and a space to gather our community.
We cannot wait for you to see and feel this work for yourself. We'll keep you in the loop as things roll out.
