Camino was a restaurant in Oakland, CA made famous by the giant cooking hearth and use of 100% organic, local ingredients. The restaurant closed in 2018 but they continue to make Camino Vinegar--the only vinegar they used at the restaurant.
This is a limited run vinegar that is made from Broc Cellars wine which is made from 100% CA organically grown grapes, in this case all Zinfandel
Camino Vinegar is made from drinkable wine that is aged a minimum of 4 months in oak barrels. Each batch is dated with the barreling date and each batch is a little bit different. Hope you love it!
