Easy Pasta is the third cookbook from Osteria 16. A playful counterpart to the first two. Inside, you’ll find 36 recipes featuring only pasta – all made with few ingredients and a simple, straightforward method. The book is full of energy and aims to inspire you to cook in the same way: easy, quick, and full of flavor.

There is also a section of sauces that makes your pasta both tasteful and easy to prepare. In addition, the book features visual collage spreads with a lot of photos from their travels around Italy, as well as recommendations for restaurants they have visited.

Osteria 16’s cookbooks are born from curiosity, passion, and a love of food. They aren’t made to follow strict rules, but to inspire. They are an ongoing project that intuitively gathers dishes, ideas, and stories – together forming a picture of what Osteria 16 represents. Osteria 16 is an antipasti restaurant in Copenhagen. The place is located in the pulsing heart of Vesterbro and became the first restaurant the group opened back in 2014. They serve simple and original Italian food and wine. The menu always consists of fresh ingredients imported directly from Italy, and it changes all the time depending on the season. It is a small restaurant with 35 seats.
