The Barrier Balm is a nutrient-dense concentrate - a little goes a long way. Apply to damp or dry skin, morning or night. Use over the entire face or target areas that need extra support. The balm works beautifully as your only moisturizer—or can be layered with your favorite serums, creams, or oils. To apply, warm a pea-sized amount between fingertips, then gently press onto clean skin across the face, neck, and décolleté. 

Barrier Balm can also be applied to dry, delicate areas such as the under eyes, cuticles, and lips for nourishing hydration.

The skin barrier, or stratum corneum, is the outermost layer of the skin and plays a critical role in your overall skin health. It helps regulate moisture by preventing trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL), protects against environmental stressors (such as pollution, sun, bacteria, viruses), and supports a balanced, calm complexion.
